NEW JERSEY PREMIUM CIGAR ASSOCIATION

The New Jersey Premium Cigar Association (NJPCA) is a regional coalition representing New Jersey premium cigar retailers, brand owners, distributors, and sales representatives.

The NJPCA is a coalition of New Jersey premium cigar retailers, brand owners, distributors, and sales representatives operating as an organized voice for the state’s premium cigar industry.  Collectively we advocate for sensible regulation, reasonable tax policies, and special exemptions for licensed, law-abiding businesses.  

The NJPCA advocates exclusively on issues affecting New Jersey’s premium cigar industry, including taxation, retail regulation, and laws governing the lawful sale and enjoyment of premium cigars.  It monitors relevant state legislation and represents the interests of premium cigar retailers, manufacturers, and adult consumers before policymakers.
